BILL OF RIGHTS
An association is only as good as its people and the values they live by. Here are the promises we make to our membership:
- We will treat all stakeholders – fellow officials, school personnel, and student athletes – with the respect we expect, fostering an inclusive environment where we place people first.
- The membership will receive 100% transparency in what we are doing and where we are going and will always have a say in the direction of the association.
- Honesty and integrity are our core values.
- There will be thoughtful scheduling with assignments being released to officials and schools at least two weeks out.
- Communicating will be a priority with texts, voicemails, and emails receiving a reply within 24-hours.
- Training and mentorship will be provided to any official wishing to grow.
- We will give meaningful feedback and work our tails off to foster officiating excellence.
- We will care about each other, making better people. Because better people make for better referees.
- Every decision made will be to foster a fun and positive culture within the association.
- We’ll celebrate and reward teamwork and leadership. The “We People” will always advance and have greater opportunity in the association than the “Me People”.
